The Euroseal® Double Seal‑G spirometallic double-seal gasket is a high-performance solution engineered to guarantee reliability and safety even in the most demanding services.

Developed by General Packing Italy using Euroseal® technology, this gasket combines the best features of traditional spiral wounds with a graphite-coated camprofile inner ring, providing two levels of sealing effectiveness.

Design of the Euroseal® Double Seal‑G Spiral wound Double‑Seal Gasket

The Euroseal® Double Seal‑G spirometallic double‑seal gasket is composed of:

  1. A SS 316L stainless steel spiral with graphite filler, serving as the secondary seal.
  2. A SS 316L camprofile inner ring with graphite coating, functioning as the primary seal and protecting flanges from corrosion and abrasion.
  3. An outer centering ring in carbon steel or stainless steel.
