Available Compounds: NBR, EPDM, FKM, and SILICONE
The Euroseal® Elastomers line by General Packing Italy includes the main rubber compounds for industrial applications:
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): Ideal for mineral oils, greases, water, and radiator fluids. Offers good mechanical, tear, and abrasion resistance. Temperature range: -40°C to +130°C.
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer): Excellent for polar liquids, water, brake fluids, and atmospheric agents. Temperature range: -45°C to +150°C.
- FKM (Viton®): Excellent chemical and high-temperature resistance. Perfect for oils, greases, and hydrocarbons. Temperature range: -26°C to +230°C.
- SILICONE: Thermal stability, flexibility, and good insulating properties. Temperature range: -65°C to +200°C.
Each compound is selected based on the fluid type, temperature, and pressure of the final application.
