PTFE packing for valves

Garlock® Style 5888 is a high density PTFE yarn packing, adopted in applications with low shaft speeds. The PTFE dispersion reduces the friction on the rod and prevents any leakage. Garlock® Style 5888 is resistant to all chemicals except molten uranium salts. Completely asbestos free, it is characterized by a very low water absorption.
