That’s why, once again this year, General Packing Italy carved out a special moment to bring together its sales team with colleagues from purchasing, technical, and production departments: three days in Madonna di Campiglio dedicated to sharing, reflection, and collective growth.
It was a valuable opportunity to meet face-to-face, to listen to each other, to engage with ideas, doubts, and proposals. A moment not only to align on future objectives but also to rediscover the importance of direct dialogue and everyday collaboration—elements that often fade into the background amidst the fast pace of work.
Behind every technical solution, every urgent order delivered, and every milestone achieved, there’s a team. And it’s precisely this synergy between people and skills that enables us to guarantee reliability, timeliness, and quality to our customers every single day.
Experiences that strengthen team spirit
Because building a strong team doesn’t happen only in meeting rooms—but also, and especially, outside of them. That’s why we chose an activity that was as adrenaline-filled as it was meaningful: rafting. An immersive experience in nature, among rushing waters and breathtaking scenery, that allowed us to step out of our comfort zones, trust each other, and face challenges as a true team.
