The Euroseal® 212 TFE flat gasket in graphite and PTFE is designed to ensure high compressibility, universal chemical resistance, and long service life in the most critical industrial applications.
The combination of low-sulphur Euroseal® mineral graphite and PTFE coating guarantees reliable sealing even under extreme conditions, preventing flange adhesion and enabling easy removal during maintenance.
Technical Composition and Construction Materials of the Graphite and PTFE Flat Gasket
This gasket consists of:
- AISI 316L tanged insert: provides rigidity and elastic recovery.
- Two layers of low-sulphur Euroseal® graphite: ensure adaptability and excellent sealing.
- External PTFE coating: offers universal chemical resistance (pH 0–14) and allows removal without damaging sealing surfaces.
- Internal rim to prevent fluid passage through the gasket – standard dimensions feature no weld points.
- External rim to increase gasket rigidity and aid centering.
