Graphite and PTFE Packing Euroseal® 2303L: High Performance for Pumps and Valves

The Euroseal® 2303L graphite and PTFE packing is designed to ensure excellent sealing, resistance to thermal cycles, and extended service life.

Manufactured with braided filaments of expanded mineral graphite and corrosion inhibitors, enclosed in a thin PTFE sleeve, it is the ideal solution for pumps and valves even under demanding operating conditions.

Composition and Technical Features

Thanks to the combination of expanded graphite and PTFE, this packing offers:

Excellent sealing capability, even at high pressures;
Very low friction coefficient, reducing component wear;
Natural self-lubrication, enabling continuous operation without seizure;
High chemical resistance (pH 0–14) and thermal resistance (up to +400°C);

Euroseal® 2303L is a braided packing made of expanded mineral graphite filaments with anti-corrosion agents, protected by a PTFE sleeve. Thanks to its advanced composition, it is ideal for dynamic applications on pumps and agitators, as well as static applications on control valves.
